Behavioural Assessments
Aon’s questionnaires can be used early in the selection process to sift out unsuitable applicants. In final-stage hiring, the assessments come with an interview guide to probe risk areas and assist with the decision.
- ADEPT-15 (15 – 20 min)
Description: This is a scientifically-based questionnaire designed to accurately uncover the unique aspects of an individual’s personality. It provides scores on 15 key personality dimensions.

Description: This is a scientifically-based questionnaire designed to accurately uncover the unique aspects of an individual’s personality. It is based on 18 key personality dimensions relevant for people and business managers (other versions available)
- squares (15 – 20 min)
Description: A questionnaire that assesses integrity based on the risk of demonstrating counterproductive behaviours in work settings. The assessment model takes into account the participants and their situation, describing behaviours rather than characteristics, allowing for the non-stigmatisation of low scores. The integrity concept is made up of 2 factors: impulse control and ethical awareness. Each factor is composed of 3 behaviours, whose presence/absence in comparison with their normative reference group allows to assess the risk of occurrence of these behaviours. The test takes 10 minutes to complete.
Gamified Assessments
Gamified assessment strengthens candidate engagement and differentiates the assessment process from the hiring competition. Research shows that gamified assessment is accepted and welcomed by applicants, and still provides objective talent data
