On Monday, February 13th after 19:00h CET we will do a Panorama system update. There will be a downtime of 2 hours. This new release will include the following new functionalities:
ENHANCEMENTS:
Participants table – Actions on participants:
- We take out from the button “Actions on participants” the action “download participant data” and show the same actions in the assignment table.
- Redesign of the existing actions on participants in the modules Assessor, Directory, and projects.



• Participants table: Now when performing any action on the selected participant(s),
such participant(s) will be deselected after performing that action.
• User profile: A hub access button has been added for Panorama users.

• Reports: From now on it will be possible to share project feedback reports and reports
even if the participant has not accepted the privacy policy.
• Sidebar: We have redesigned the sidebar of the client area. This redesign includes the
following new features:
- Directory: We separate the people directory from the “People” module to a new module located at the bottom left sidebar.
- Administrator Panel: It is located below the people directory, at the bottom left of the sidebar.
- My profile: We modified the language indicator in Panorama. Instead of flags, we use internationally recognised letter codes.

• Projects – Participant table: Change in the way the participant selector works. We
have added the possibility of de-selecting previously selected participants (from one or
several pages) by clicking on the figure indicating the number of selected participants.
