On Monday, March 13th after 19:00h CET we will do a Panorama system update. There will be
a downtime of 2 hours. This new release will include the following new functionalities:
ENHANCEMENTS:
- Feedback 360 evaluation tool – We have added new functionalities to the 360-
feedback evaluation tool:- We include a new evaluation group, “Extra evaluators“. This option offers the possibility of adding additional people to the evaluations without the need for them to have a direct hierarchical relationship with the employee.
- Flexibility when adding/modifying people within the different evaluator groups. For example, we can add more than one manager to an employee or include as a peer or direct report any person we want to evaluate a specific employee as such.
- The assignments of the people corresponding to the different evaluator groups, managers, peers, direct reports, or extra evaluators will be made from the assignments tab.
- We add the results of the evaluation group “Extra evaluators” in the 360° report and the employee hub.
- Redesign of the representation of the results of the 360° evaluation in the corresponding phase within the participant’s detail.
- Assignment tab: We have split the assignment selector by test type.
- SSO – In the January update we announced to you the ability to access Panorama via
SSO through Azure Active Directory integration using the SAML2 protocol. We can
now SSO over SAML2 with two new IDP providers – OKTA and Pingfederate.
- Performance improvement of the platform.
- We have updated the version of Angular in the Panorama front-end.
