In this section, you will have access to the directory of people who are inside Panorama currently participating in a project either as participants, assessors, HRM or PM.
If you click on “Groups” you access the table of people, here you will find the total number of people that exist, employees, not employees and administrative roles.
When you click on “New Group” or “New Smart Group” you will see a drop-down where you have to put a name and a description for the new group. After that, you will be able to add people to the group from the directory.
When you click on a participant, an overview of the Participant’s detail will open to the right. You will be able to see a report on the competencies assessed and the participant’s projects history.
