In this section of the “journey sequence”, you can configure all the messages/communications for invitations, reminders, and the completion of the project email for the participants (to invite them to share their final reports). By default, these emails already have pre-established content but you can edit them to adapt them to the needs of the project. These communications/emails can be also adapted to the client’s colours and logo, previously defined by the Client Admin in the Administration Panel. Variables that can be used include the Client name, Project name, Project start date, Project end Date, and Participant name.
In addition, you can set up as many email templates as you wish so that they are always available when communicating with project participants or assessors.
Project Communications
Invitation
This is the text that will be defined for a participant to be notified by email of their participation in a project. This invitation can be sent manually or previously created/set up by the Project, by checking (with a tick). In the case that this check is marked once, the Project Manager launches the project, and all participants who have been added to it will receive an email with their invitation to the project.
Reminder
This is the text that will be defined for a participant to be notified by email, reminding him/her that he/she still has tests pending (for the project corresponding to the reminder email). This is a manual process that has to be carried out by the PM.
Send Results
This is the text that will be defined for a participant to be notified via email with access to the web of results of the project that is being informed and in which he has participated. This sending of results is optional, i.e. if the client does not wish it, he does not have to send these results to the participants of a project. This is a manual process at the moment that has to be done by the Project Manager.
Your Templates
To save your time, create email templates to send and use with your participants. After launching the project, templates can be edited and you can add more.
