Project Manager

  • Can access to created or assigned projects
  • Can add a maximum of 1000 participants by Excel to a project
  • Will not have access to People or the Administration Panel

If you have forgotten your PIN, simply click on ‘Request a new code’ at the bottom of the login page to receive a new one via email. 

If the link to one of the phases does not work, try the following: 

  1. Ensure that you have a good Internet Connection. 

  2. Refresh your page and clear cache. 

  3. Load Panorama in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Azure.  

  4. Ensure that your firewall program is up to date.

Projects

  • You will be able to edit a created scoring formula or add a new one.
  • You will be able to edit the texts and/or images from the Landing page.
  • You will be able to edit the communicaton emails.
  • You will be able to edit the report format.

No, once the project is closed, participants will no longer have access to the project landing page, so they will not be able to access any of the project phases.

You can check through the participant’s landing if the test is available. If it appears as done on the landing, contact the platform’s support team.

You can pause that participant so that the participant(s) will lose access to the project landing. If you resume the participant(s), they will continue the journey where it was paused. 

If you drop them, the participant(s) and their scores will be permanently deleted from the project and the participant will not be able to access their landing page or complete tests. If you invite them to the project again, they will need to redo all phases of the Journey, except for online assessments (these results are stored for a year).

You can do it from the “Actions” button by clicking on “Resume participants”. First, you mus select the participants who you want to go back to the process.

The participant(s) will have access to their landing page. If you resume the participant(s), they will continue the journey from where it was paused.

You can check through the participant’s landing if the test is available. If it appears as done on the landing, contact the platform’s support team.

Some tools, as shapes (managment) or ADEPT-15, show the validity of the responses in order to consider results can be interpreted and match the reality.

It is not possible to recover a deleted project. Please, make sure that you want to delete it before do it.

  1. From the main table of participants, click on the “Actions” button. Select the participant (s) you want to send the result to, and click on the “Send results to participants” button. If you want the participants to receive a specific message in the email they receive, remember to configure the “send results” template in the Configuration Panel part first.
  2. From the participant’s tab you can also send him/her the results report from the “share” button. Remember that this action is only available if the participant has accepted the GDPR.

The difference is that you can re-launch paused projects, but not the closed ones. This will mainly affect participants as either of the 2 options, they won’t be able to access their landing pages anymore. However, an assessor will be able to finish the evaluation of the observation guide.

Assessors

If you are invited to participate in a Panorama Project, you will receive an email welcoming you and instructing you to set up a password. 

Once you click on ‘Confirm registration’ you will be taken to the screen below where you can set up your password which you will use with each login. 

The first time you access to Panorama, you will have to accept Terms and Conditions.

Once you receive your invitation to evaluate a participant’s journey, you will be provided with a 4-digit access code which you will use to log in. If you have to return to Panorama at a later time, simply access Panorama by logging in with your password. With each login, the platform will send you a new access code for security measures.  

Once the participant has finished their journey, a ‘finished’ icon will appear next to their name indicating that they have finished the evaluation period of their journey.  

You can also filter the progress of participants by clicking on ‘St.’ where a drop-down menu will appear allowing you to view participants based off their progress status. 

In order to link your Calendly to Panorama, you must first click on the Calendar icon at the top right-hand corner of your account.  

Once you click on the icon, a pop-up window will appear asking you to enter the link to your Calendly. After you publish your calendar, an email will be sent out to the participant(s) informing them about them about the update in their journey.

If you would like to send a personalized email to a participant, you can do so by selecting the participant(s) and then clicking on the button ‘Actions’ to the top-left and then clicking on ‘Send custom communication.’ 

Even if you mark a phase as completed you can edit it whenever you want by clicking on the “Edit” button
