Call Center Test

It is a multi-device online test where different dimensions are assessed according to the performance of each ítem. The test consists of three phases:

  1. Audio transcription.
  2. Multi-choice questions about technological knowledge.
  3. Customer service case studies.

It is compatible with Panorama and AplyGo platforms and also compatible with stand-alone use. It offers to the client the possibility of downloading an individual report.
