In the folder called Default groups you will see people organized into 4 groups:
- Employees: People within the corporate email domains will be automatically marked as employees.
Note: Public email domains (gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc) can’t be added. The corporate email domains must be previously included in the Company information when the account is created.
- Not employee: People without the corporate email domains will be automatically marked as candidates.
- Administrative roles: People whose roles are HR Manager, Project Manager or Assessor.
NOTE: A person may be classified into 2 at the same time. For example, if an HRM is classified as Not employee, it will appear in the “administrative roles” folder.
