CHANGES:
- From now on, participants will be able to view the Codice reports in the language of their landing page.
- Improvements have been applied to ALL participant tables, adding options such as “select all people”, “unselect all people”, selector for a number of participants per page and filters for the different columns of the table.
- We have added a search field in the selection of Project variables, which will allow a better user experience in this section.
- It will now be possible to make assignments “without an assessor” in the observation guides. Therefore, the date, time and place of the interview/AC will be accessible on the participant’s landing page, even if it is not yet predetermined who the assessor will be.
- We have implemented some improvements to the participant upload excel:
- To upload participants to the platform via /ExcelCSV, you must download the template that you have available when you access this option to upload participants. Please note that the Excel that you download with the data, results, etc. of the participants, cannot be used for uploading new participants.
- In that template you will find 2 tabs:
- Data employees: Here you will add the participants you want to upload to the platform by filling in the necessary fields. As you can see, in this template we indicate which values are required and optional.
- Valid values: Here you will find all the valid values related to metadata that you need to know in order to fill the data employees. Please note that for choice metadata, you need to have created it previously in the admin panel in order for it to appear as valid values in the template. That is, you cannot create new metadata values through this excel upload.
- In the people module, the participant upload template includes a mandatory role field.
- We have added a data validator, so if you try to upload an Excel with incorrect data or an empty mandatory field, the system will warn you with a message on the screen so that you can check the excel and upload it again with the correct data.
