On Monday, July 11th after 19:00h CET we will do a Panorama system update. There will be a downtime of 2 hours. This new release will include the following new functionalities:
NEW FEATURES:
- After analyzing the use of the toggles in the report, we have decided to remove the “Included in the report” toggle from both the HR report and the feedback report (it will only remain in the Feedback session comments section of the HR report). In addition, the Motivations, conclusions and suggestions toggles in the HR report will be deactivated. This will only apply to new projects.
- We have changed the representation of the locked test in the participant table. A lock icon will be displayed at the stage where the participant has a locked test.
- We have enhanced the style and representation of emails received from the platform.
We keep moving fordward and enhancing our new 360° evaluation feature, here is what’s new:
- We have made some enhancements to the general question settings in the 360 tool. We have added an error warning if you do not select the target to which the question is addressed.
From now on, if the evaluator has to evaluate several participants within the same 360 processes, he/she will be able to switch from one to another from the same form, thus facilitating the evaluation process.
- We have enabled the option to share the 360 tool report with the participant.
- We have added a graphic in the phase where the 360 tool is located that will allow you to know the progress of each person in each evaluation group in the evaluation, together with the date of completion, as well as the track of people who are or have been part of the evaluation process at some point in time.
- We have added an informative tooltip to the 360 stage column icon within the participant control table. This will allow you to see a quick look at the number of people per evaluation group who have not yet completed the evaluation.
- We have added a first module that represents data related to the 360 tool within the project analytics. This first module will indicate the number of pending, started and completed evaluations. As well as an average of results per evaluation group.
- In addition, we have included the evaluator group “Others”, which allows the anonymity of the evaluators to be maintained as long as the minimum number of evaluators required to represent the specific evaluator group is not reached.
Currently, in order to represent the “peers” and “direct reports” evaluation groups, it is necessary that there are at least 2 persons belonging to the same group for it to be represented in the report. Otherwise, the evaluations will be grouped in the group “Others”.
