Hidden and Always Hidden Interview Guides
As you all know, the “Observation Guide” tool in Panorama can be configured to remain hidden from the participant.
Now, you will see how this is reflected in the different reports:
Feedback Report (as it is hidden, it is not displayed to the participant)
Profile Assessment also appears in the Feedback Report.
Editing the field “Comparative Profile Analysis“
This field provides a space for the assessor to explain how the participant aligns or does not align with a profile.
Important to keep in mind:
– Both fields are independent across reports; there is one field for the results report and another for the feedback report. They are not connected in any way.
– There is an editable field for each profile in the project.
– No panic! The field is optional – if left blank, it will not appear in the report.
This improvement ensures consistency across reports while maintaining the independence of each evaluation.
