Updates to the 360º Feedback Assignments Excel
Several improvements have been made to the assignments Excel for the 360º Feedback tool to enhance clarity and usability:
• The participant columns are now separated into “Name” and “Surname.”
• A new column labeled “Alias” has also been added. While this feature, which will allow changing the names of evaluator groups and assigning them aliases, will be available in the next update, the Excel template has already been prepared for it.
These changes are designed to make the organization and management of feedback assignments more efficient.
