Improvements in the 360º Feedback Report
We have completely revamped our 360º Feedback report to make it easier to understand and navigate. Here are the key highlights:
• An expanded introduction that provides clearer context.
• An optimized design for each section to create a more intuitive experience.
• An improved navigation menu that allows you to move quickly and easily through the report.
Additionally, we have added a new visualization that highlights when the self-assessment score matches the group evaluator’s score.
