What is it?
Fill automatically identifies the individuals associated with each evaluator group for a specific participant. Smart Fill makes the assignment process much simpler and more efficient.
IMPORTANT: To use this feature, each participant must have a manager assigned. This allows the system to automatically identify the other individuals in each evaluator group for that participant. This is a preliminary step you need to complete in the Directory. You can learn how to do this by accessing the post titled “Manager Assignment“.
How does it work?
There are two ways to make assignments using the Smart Fill feature.
Method 1:
1-In the Assignments tab, select the participant and click on “Assignments” – “Evaluation Report” – “Manual Assignment”.
2- On the assignments screen, click the “Smart Fill” button (at the top) to allow the system to automatically assign individuals to each evaluator group.
3- Independent Assignment (optional): If you prefer to manually assign each evaluator group, you can do so independently. To do this, use the star-shaped button located to the right of each evaluator group.
Method 2:
1- In the Assignments tab, select the assignments icon to the right of the participant’s name.
2- Once you’re in the assignments window, follow steps 2 or 3 from the previous method to assign each evaluator group automatically or manually.
